Admin Support – Full-Time & Part-Time
Based at our office in Vila Nova de Cacela
Join our busy real estate office and play a key role behind the scenes supporting our client and property operations.
What You’ll Do:

Manage client communication and assist with property enquiries

Coordinate viewings and support the scheduling of appointments

Work closely with agents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Gain hands-on experience in the Algarve’s vibrant property market
What We’re Looking For:

Must have experience in the real estate industry

Fluent in English and Portuguese (other languages are a bonus)

Familiarity with Ego or similar platforms is a strong advantage

Organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
