Our terms

Our service is free as typically we are compensated by the vendor or selling agent. The seller covers the listing agent’s fee, which is often shared with the buyer’s agent (usually 2.5% of the purchase price). If a property is sourced privately, we’ll work to negotiate the best purchase price and agree on a fair fee, usually 2.5% of the sales value.

Our Free package is available for clients with a budget over €250,000 and applies when a sale is successfully completed with Algarve House Hunter. If a sale does not go ahead, we may charge fees based on the services provided. To ensure we can offer the best support, we kindly ask clients to respect our exclusivity agreement. Engaging with other agents or inquiring directly may result in a fee to cover our costs.
